How to insert blank rows/columns in Excel when you have something in your clipboard

Yet another little thin that Libreoffice has which M$ Office is lacking.  If you go into one spreadsheet and copy a bunch of cells you completely loose the ability to insert blank rows or columns.  It is instead replaced by ‘insert copied cells or rows or columsn or whatever’.  Insanely stupid and insanely annoying but there is a way around it.  Kind of helpful resources.

Select the rows you want to insert some blanks in and go into the home menu and click on ‘Insert Sheet Rows’.  This will throw in your blanks regardless of what is in your clipboard.  Now the catch is that it clears your clipboard which is also again stupid and annoying and proof that microsoft favors the ‘develop while drunk’ philosophy in the workplace but it’s better than nothing.

As an added bonus you can add these commands to your quick bar at the top so you don’t have to go into your home menu all the time.
